Should Marijuana Be Illegal?
There are a growing number of aspects to this question that have to be dealt with such that it can be rather complicated to approach comprehensively. Additionally, the basic assumptions from conservative thinking people are so expected, standardized, and normative that the whole outrage of outlawing creation never seems to dawn on people, complicating the perception of a matter that should be profoundly perspicuous. Further complicating matters, is the fact that, though it’s profoundly dense to talk about outlawing creation, yet …. what about when creation has been monkied with? Is it still God’s creation? Selective breeding… fine. But modifying genetics? That’s an altogether different matter. But first let us consider the question generically. Is it ok to make any part of native creation illegal?
The answer to that question should be perspicuous. To outlaw a plant that God put here seems to unavoidably involve the sin of blasphemy. It’s calling God evil by calling his creation evil. How do you outlaw CREATION? Will we outlaw air next? How about we outlaw cliffs? People DO jump off of them, you know? This would decrease huge numbers of deaths. We must get bulldozers and flatten the earth to preserve life. Outlawing a plant is no less asinine than that. The absurdity of it has been brainwashed out of your average devotee of the state.
Secondly, while taking this plant in any form as a means of intoxication is sin, yet not every sin is a crime. If it is, we’re all going to jail. This whole civic perversion that grasps at the assumption without challenge that all we need to demonstrate is that something is WRONG, in order to prove the wisdom and virtue of criminalizing it and throw everyone in jail for it, is precisely what needs to be challenged, not just all the cases in point, like this particular plant. Fix the faulty assumptions and it fixes the problem at hand and a few dozen others of like import. The move to criminalize everything is something that is satanic and demonic and we now have the highest incarceration rate on earth in “the land of the free”…. all while Christians clap for it. Because we’re law and order people. So we throw everyone in jail for stuf that isn’t even criminal.
Who is behind this? All we need to know is Who lobbies for it? Here’s who: Private prisons. Prison guard unions. Pharmaceutical corporations. Police unions. Perhaps lawyers guilds as well. Get the picture? These jails are CORPORATIONS that lobby for more laws to get more people in jail, like any other business. These are your sons, daughters, neighbors that are going to jail for petty sins, and it’s abominable. Please stop. This is wickedness. It burdens the state with expense, both for prisons, and for enforcement and destroys the economic opportunities of those who should have been disciplined by their churches, or taken to task by their parents, but not put in jail. The idea of putting people in prison for owning a plant is wickedness and obscene. When someone goes and stands before a judge, the “offender” is the only one in the process that has no clue that the county has a contractual obligation to keep the jail full to a specified percentage. This is not true everywhere, but most places have these private prisons now, and most have these quotas.
Thirdly, what shall we make of the self righteous hypocrite of a judge who sentences someone to 5 years in jail, essentially robbing him and his family of five years of his life, only to be put in the most wicked and dangerous environment imaginable, where crime usually goes entirely unpunished, and where little law and order is provided, there to get tutored in every wickedness for being in possession of a PLANT by people pretending to seek his and societies good and to stop crime? And then the judge goes home and gets drunk. As if this was one whit different than that which he just destroyed the lives of dozen’s of people a month over. This is so utterly SICK! The mind that thinks this is justice is perverted.
Lastly, and most importantly…. if alcohol cured cancer it would be illegal also. And there are substantive reasons to believe that Marijuana is powerfully curative of cancer. Check out youtube for “Rick Simpson Story”, or “Run from the Cure”. Obviously they could care less if you get intoxicated and create multitudes of social evils! The statist remedy for such evils builds the socialist state, destroys inheritance by impoverishing the aged, and serves their ends of population control. Thus the worthy ends for which Christians applaud! Candidly examine your support of such things!

Before signing off, however, let it be noted that it has been said that it is perverse to outlaw creation. That has to be the case. However, there is reason to believe that modern Marijuana genetics have been/are being destroyed by GMO manipulation, and in certain instances genetic iterations are really not “creation” as God made it at all, but are little less than a bioweapon, not just for being dozens of times more potent, but by becoming a substance that now has the potential to cause serious damage to the nervous system, and this provides some argument for valid regulation, just as meth would… a man-made substance.
So with the caveat that it is needful to exercise some discernment of judgment, and extreme caution if attempting lawful use, yet the historical prosecution of people seeking gratuitous intoxication and receiving destruction from the administrators of “justice”, instead of rebuke and social consequences from the more benign institutions of humanity, remains a frightful example of grotesque miscarriage of justice, facilitated through public brainwashing for support, as people applaud the destruction of their own sons, daughters, neighbors, etc. imagining that they’re defending righteousness, by providing consequences for the sinful. That nagging question…. “How’s that working out for you?” should be a slap in the face. It’s not working. It won’t work. I can’t work.
